Opening it's doors in January of 2023, SBC Event Studio is our most exciting project to date. Located at 3231 East Tremont Ave, in the beautiful Pelham Bay area of the Bronx, we are perfectly located off major highways. With 2500 square feet, our beautiful event studio is perfect for small gatherings of under 100 guests. Featuring an open main room, equipped with round tables, clear chairs, dimmable chandeliers for ambient lighting, separate kitchenette and 3 rest rooms. Our separate kitchenette includes a large double door refrigerator, ice machine, sink, counter and food-safe stainless steel tables ideal for your buffet station. Additionally, we offer a separate playroom featuring soft-play equipment and a bounce house for children up to 6 years of age, making our venue ideal for kids & adult birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers and special celebrations.

Contacted Candy, who was amazing. Yes it’s pricey, but I didn’t have to worry about decor, food, cake, dessert, servers, bartender, DJ, 360 Photo Booth, etc…excluded from the package were the beverages, which was fine. The team did not disappoint. Booked venue in February and party was May 9th. You make monthly payments towards the venue. Guests till this day are talking about the party, everyone had a great time. No drama, the team were super nice and on point with everything. Appreciate all their help and making this night a night to remember. What an incredible team. Will definitely book another venue here. Initially i wanted a city hall marriage but after finding SBC ... events i decided to host my wedding and reception at the same location. Having never planned such an event, I was overwhelmed, but Candy made the entire process seamless. She was incredibly responsive, addressing all my questions and calming my nerves along the way. The all-inclusive package was a lifesaver – it took so much pressure off. On my special day, Candy and her team transformed the space into exactly what I envisioned. The decorations were stunning! We had such a great time that we even extended our reception an additional hour. I'm beyond grateful for Candy's dedication, attention to detail, and the amazing amenities she offers.
